Nicola Blake FARLA - Operations Director at Cavendish

Nicola has been part of the Cavendish Group since 2001! Over the years, she has gained a vast amount of experience in lettings, and in 2012, she was one of the first in the country to pass the Level Four Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property Management, entitling her to become a Fellow of ARLA Propertymark. In 2022, Nicola was invited to join the board of directors as Operations Director and oversee the running of our Chester and Mold Lettings branches, keeping us all up to date with the ever-changing legislation in the industry. Outside of work, Nicola is keeping busy looking after her daughter Lauren and their pet Jack Russell Lenny!

David Adams MARLA MARLA, Managing Director at Cavendish and Chairman of The Chester association of Property Professionals (CAPP). 
Looking for the ultimate expert in buy-to-let lettings? Look no further than David, the man with property in his blood!

As the great-great grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency, David’s roots run deep. David’s career in the industry started at just 15 years old, when he worked as a Saturday boy for the Cavendish Group. After completing his higher education, he joined the sales team as a negotiator and quickly made a name for himself as a rising star. In 2010, David made the move to the lettings team, where he continued to excel and demonstrate his natural talent for the business. His hard work and dedication paid off in 2017, when he was asked to join the board of directors. In 2022, he took over as managing director and now oversees the whole business with Nicola Blake.

David is known for working closely with the front-of-house offices to generate new business for the firm, and he is particularly skilled at heading up the valuations team. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, David is the go-to guy for all your property needs.

Out of work, David enjoys pushing himself to the limit by cycling up mountains on his road bike and walking his mini Labradoodle, Gordon.
