Over the years, she has gained a vast amount of experience in lettings, and in 2012, she was one of the first in the country to pass the Level Four Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property Management, entitling her to become a Fellow of ARLA Propertymark. In 2022, Nicola was invited to join the board of directors as operations director and oversee the running of our Chester and Mold Lettings branches, keeping us all up to date with the ever-changing legislation in the industry.

As the great-great-grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency, David’s roots run deep. David’s career in the industry started at just 15 years old, when he worked as a Saturday boy for the Cavendish Group. After completing his higher education, he joined the sales team as a negotiator and quickly made a name for himself as a rising star. In 2010, David made the move to the lettings team, where he continued to excel and demonstrate his natural talent for the business. His hard work and dedication paid off in 2017, when he was asked to join the board of directors. In 2022, he took over as managing director and now oversees the whole business with Nicola Blake.
